Commercial Plumbers

Salary: £38,400 per year

We are recruiting for a commercial maintenance plumber / mechanical maintenance engineer to work on a maintenance contract in the Wakefield area.

The role is initially temporary but the client will and is considering candidates for a permanent move.

Mon-Fri 40 hours per week, days. Based on 32k

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:

Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:

Mechanical plant room

Pumps, valves

AHU’s and fan coils

Basic Plumbing maintenance

Fabric duties

Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.

Emergency repairs

All ad- hoc maintenance tasks

 
Requirements:

A qualified Mechanical Engineer, Commercial plumber

Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience

Excellent client facing skills

Willingness to complete fabric and general building compliance tasks
