Job Title: Commercial Insurance Renewals Advisor
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Salary: £26,000 per year.00 + (Depending on Experience) + Monthly Bonus
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am -5.30pm. Alternate Saturday’s 9.00am – 2.00pm.
Excellent opportunity for personal career development, working in a rapidly expanding Commercial insurance office with a young and enthusiastic team. It is essential that you have worked within the insurance industry before, and have a minimum of 12 months Commercial Sales / Renewals experience. Computer literacy specifically Microsoft Office applications essential, along with professional communications skills and administration skills.
Main duties will include renewing client’s policies by providing friendly, informative advice on various Commercial Insurance products. You will be required to maintain an excellent level of customer service and ensure all renewals are processed in accordance with the Company’s compliant processes.
