My client is a specialist insurance service provider within the luxury retail marketplace.

Location: Leicester, Leicestershire (Commutable from Loughborough, Nuneaton, Lutterworth, Market Harborough)
Salary: £48,000+ benefits

This role will have full accountability for analysing financial data, revenue performance, cost centre and P&L budgetary control and management. The ability to optimise expenditure to drive profit while staying within the budgetary parameters is a weekly if not daily process will form a key element of this role.

You will also be accountable for the management of claims made through their Insurance scheme. This entails managing the specific claims team as well as the relationship with their insurance provider.

To be successful in this role you will need to be highly analytical & solutions orientated to ensure that the operation remains competitive, this could be in the form of a new IT system or process, call centre behavioural theories etc. Once an improvement has been identified you will act as a project manager to ensure full implementation is successful.
