Commercial Finance Analyst

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

We have a unique opportunity to work as part of our clients Commercial Finance team, balancing both financial accounting and business partnering to their trading teams across the retail group.

The nature of the role allows you to ‘have a voice’ and have independence and equally be at home with managing potential conflict as a result.

Main responsibilities:

Influence Category Managers to ensure understanding of margin and central income

Be the financial expert for the Category team.

Undertake analysis of the major drivers of category growth e.g. pricing, promotions etc.

Identify future Risk & Opportunity

Ideal candidate:

Strong business partnering skills

Progression in your carer to date and a desire to learn

A commercial mindset

A natural aptitude towards finance and numerical data

A desire to broaden your skills by rotating roles in different areas.
