Commercial Coordinator

My client is looking to add a Commercial Coordinator to their planning team. The working pattern and remuneration work as follows: –

Hours – 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
•Salary: £26,000 + £25 shift bonus per week (after training / probationary period)
Additional Saturday shift required (approximately every 8 weeks)
Shifts – Consists of 4 shifts
o 7:30 – 16:30
o 8:00 – 17:00
o 8:30 – 17:30
o 10:00 – 19:00 (approximately 1 in 8)

Duties include: –

Ensure new instructions are passed to technicians within set timeframes.
Allocate work efficiently to technicians by utilising skills in appropriate geographic region.
To receive and transmit data by accurately updating our systems.
To interpret information from technicians surveys to compile accurate reports.
To liaise with technicians in order to resolve discrepancies in surveys.
Cost items to agreed customer tariffs.
Accurately order parts from suppliers taking into consideration the cost and lead time.
Ensure suitable access equipment is ordered where required to carry out works
Organise the completion of commercial work in line with agreed service standards
To liaise with technicians and suppliers to source parts locally in order to complete works on a rapid turnaround
To liaise with local agencies where necessary to obtain permits & road closures
Assist in the production of method statements where required by our customers
To work as a team to manage workloads in line with business requirements.
To achieve individual targets set within the department.
