Commercial Administrator

Salary: £26,000 per year

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Administrator to join our prestigious client on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave.

• This is a part time opportunity working 30 hours per week, our client can be flexible on whether hours are worked over 4 or 5 days.

The successful candidate will join a supportive, friendly team within an interesting organisation who specialise in specialist testing, analysis and research and development.

The role is perfect for a confident and motivated individual with project, customer service or sales administration experience.

The commercial administrator will be a crucial and highly valued role within the customer operations team. Delivering an exceptional internal and external customer experience by working collaboratively with colleagues across the technical teams, key responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming email, phone and web sales enquiries ensuring they are responded to in a timely manner
• Contacting customers to follow up on enquiries and quotations
• Co-ordinate proposals and activity for the consultancy department
• Support commercial activity by arranging meetings, market research, liaising with partner companies and reviewing contracts
• Manage project documentation, ensuring information is organised effectively and can be located easily and quickly
• Assist with the running of our customer satisfaction process ensuring feedback is logged, reported, and responded to where required
• Cover main reception when required
