Commercial Administrator – Data Analyst

£27-32k per annum
In line with an existing growth plan, we are looking for a Commercial Administrator who is highly proficient in Excel and has a major interest in data analytics to join the commercial team of a market leading engineering design consultancy based in London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* The Commercial Administrator is responsible for providing commercial support to the Commercial Manager on design projects.
* The Commercial Administrator will primarily be working with the in-house financial system on a daily basis to input, process and extract financial and project data.
* The tasks include downloading and processing of reports for month end procedures, assisting on creation of project plans in the system, drafting invoice requests, assisting in completion of payment applications, and assisting on presentation of project commercial data from the system to Project Managers and Partners.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
* The Commercial Administrator will more than likely be a recent graduate who holds a keen interest in systems usage and data analysis or financial analysis.
* The Commercial Administrator will hold a high level of competence of working with Excel software including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
