Salary: £26,000 – £36,000per year

Location: Llanelli

A well established and forward thinking Insurance Broker based in Llanelli is currently seeking a Commercial Account Handler. Due to continued success and substantial efforts to develop as a business this company require an individual to join their successful team as an Account Handler.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially sound insurance professional to join a well-respected and growing company where they will be treated as key part of the companies’ future success.

Responsibilities:

Maximise retention rate for existing commercial clients

Negotiate with a range of insurers to gain competitive / relevant covers

Maintain and exceed customer’s expectations of service levels

Consult all customers on risk exposure and maximise opportunities to cross and up sell

Utilise lead generation sources to bring on new business and use own initiative to win new business

Skills:

A good Insurance knowledge preferably with a strong commercial background

Proven ability in a similar account handler role

A positive personality and a personable attitude

Insurance qualifications are beneficial but not essential
