Coded Fcaw Welder (Days & Night Shifts Available)

Salary: £19.2 per hour

CODED FCAW WELDERS URGENTLY REQUIRED – IMMEDIATE STARTS – TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITIES!

Location: Renfrew

Shifts: Monday to Friday
Days: 0715-1845 – £19.2 per hour
Nights: 1915-0645 – £18 per hour

Any during the week after 11 hours worked, Saturday and Sunday x2 rate if overtime is necessary.

Own transport required. 

As a Coded Welder you will be welding various plate and pipe for water cooling towers for the Nuclear industry in a 6G Fluxcore Process. You will be working with Plate and Beams from 20mm-40mm thickness, heavy offshore jacketed structures. Experience working with Fluxcore welding heavy structures and pipe within nuclear, marine, oil & gas or heavy engineering industries. 

It is essential you have heavy industry weld experience and ideally current coding 6G or 6GR MIG/ MAG 135, 136 & 138 stamped in the last 6 months.
 
Preferred experience in heavy pipework and Welder Cert to BS EN 9606 or Fluxcore 136 coding, can also accept AWS D1:1. 

If successful, you will be required to pass a trade test. Will consider welders with lapsed certificates if advanced experience.
