Job Profile

As the successful CNC Turner Setter, you will be working alongside a friendly and welcoming team of other highly skilled Machinists for very approachable manager, offering a stable and well-structured role with detailed job packs.

Duties

• Setting and Operating CNC lathes
• Editing programming
• Using Haas, DMG and Doosan lathes
• Machining complex parts and components from various plastics
• Producing small components to tight tolerances from 1offs through to medium batch runs from detailed engineering drawings
• Manual Quality Control Inspection on first offs

Skills and Experience

• Edit, set and operate CNC lathes
• Experience of Haas, DMG or Doosan lathes would be an advantage
• Able to read engineering drawings

Hours of Work & Benefits

• 40hrs per week
• 07.30 – 16.00, Monday – Thursday, Friday 13.00 finish
• Flexi hours available if required
• Overtime paid
