CNC Operator

Salary: £18 – £19.2 per hour

Machine Operator PSO (Programmer/Setter/Operator) – Turning section x 1

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire

Position: This is a new position due to growth

Pay: £18 – £19.2 per hour.

Shift allowance – Any time worked after 8pm and before 6am will be paid at time-and-a-third based on your standard hourly rate.

Shifts: Monday to Thursday Late: 2.00pm to 00.15am (No Fridays). You will be entitled to a 30-minute unpaid meal break to be taken between 7.00pm and 7.30pm.

Duties: Day to day they will be working in the turning team, operating, setting & either downloading the existing program or creating one with the team leader’s supervision across one or two machines at a time depending on workload.

Required: Experience in programme Fanuc

Sound engineering background

At least 5 years experience in a modern & progressive manufacturing environment.

At least 3 years CNC experience

Ability to read component drawing

Ability to use the following programming tools
