Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year
An opportunity has arisen for a multiskilled CNC machinist to head an expanding CNC section within an innovative and highly successful small family business manufacturing automated machinery with a global customer base.
Supervising 3 members of staff to maintain the highest quality of work
Working on brand new 4 axis Haas VMCs and turning centres with live tooling
Programming online and offline with mastercam or featurecam
3D CAD experience with solidworks an advantage
Able to work on own initiative and organise all aspects of production and tooling.
Varied small batch production in stainless, titanium, aluminium and engineering plastics
Prototype production working closely with the design department
We encourage ongoing training on the latest CAD/CAM packages
This is a demanding role in a fluid fast moving manufacturing environment
Salary £36,000 – £48,000dependant on experience
