CNC Laser Setter / Operators

Pure Staff are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well established laser cutting and forming company. They are looking for two laser operators to work in their rapidly expanding and busy environment; operating Bystronic flat bed laser machines. You must have experience to set and operate Bystronic laser machines. Laser cutting experience would be an advantage or, if you have some knowledge, or have the ability to operate CNC machines, full training will be provided for the right candidate. Computer knowledge is required.

Counterbalance Fork Lift truck licence would be an advantage.

Two Shifts currently in operation: (alternate on a weekly basis), Shift One: 6am-2.30pm, Monday-Thursday, Friday 6am-2.00pm, Shift Two: 2.00pm-11.30pm, Monday-Thursday, Friday 2pm-8.00pm.

Pay looking to start at £26,000 for trainee rising to £26,000 per year for experienced operator but rates will depend on your experience. Basic hours 40 hours per week before overtime with shift allowance payable on afternoon shift which is 30p on top of standard rate.

This is a temp to perm position with the opportunity of a full time contract after 12 weeks.
