Are you a CMM programmer looking to join an expanding leading supplier of components to the medical industry in a role offering progression into management within the quality department?

Here is a great opportunity for a CMM Programmer looking to join a well-established company, offering specialist training courses to aid your development while working on a range of technically interesting projects.

This manufacturer are proud of their low staff turnover – over 90% of the current workforce have been in place for over 10 years. They are developing new products continuously and growing across several business units as they seek to increase their market share. With new contracts recently signed and more in the pipeline, now is an excellent time to join a close knit company where there will be lots of projects across the business to get stuck into.

Working from a purpose built state of the art site you will be responsible for maintaining and controlling all CMM programming requirements. You will also be responsible for developing the Quality Management System, working towards the department goal of high quality production. Reporting to the Quality Manager you will support manufacturing processes while working on bespoke projects to client’s specifications, offering a varied and immersive role. Such is their commitment to their staff that they are willing to send the successful applicant on ad hoc training courses in order to aid their development.

The ideal applicant will be from a CMM inspection/programming background and looking for a role offering excellent training and long term progression within a market leader famed for the way they treat their employees.

The Role
* CMM Programmer
* Maintain and control CMM programming requirements
* Develop quality improvements parameters
* £24,000 – £30,000 + Progression + Training + Pension + Holidays
* 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Thursday, 8.30am-1.30pm Friday

The Person
* Experienced in CMM programming/inspection
* Understanding of GMP and the Quality Toolbox
* Good knowledge of metrology techniques
