Clinical Nurse Manager, RGN (Nursing Home) – Halifax
Alecto Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager (RGN qualified), to work within a very well establisehed Nursing Home based close to Halifax.
The Role
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll direct and lead the clinical services. This fantastic opportunity will also enable you to gain valuable experience in management, and serve as a great opportunity for someone seeking career progression into a management position, or looking to step up from an experienced registered general nurse position.
What we are looking for:
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be hands-on, skilled, and committed to creating a nurturing environment for residents, friends and families. You will also be tasked with providing robust support to the General Manager, able to motivate and inspire your team, and make residents and their families feel reassured and safe in your care. You will need to be a qualified registered nurse with a current NMC registration for this role.
Package:
Full Time – up to 48 Hours per week
£38,400 – £42,000 per annum
