I am looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to join the team at a luxury CQC ‘good’ rated care nursing home. This job is with an award winning company who offer great training and promotional opportunities to their staff.

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of person centered compassionate care, enhancing the quality of life of residents
• Administering and ordering medication
• Completing clinical assessments and updating care plans
• Dealing with DOLS referrals
• Appraising and supervising staff

For this fantastic post you must have:

• An RGN or RNM qualification with a current NMC Pin
• Experience of working in a nursing home
• Experience of managing a team
• The ability to work shifts 7am – 7pm (4 days on 4 days off)
