Clinical Team Leader (Charge Nurse)
MUST BE REGISTERED NURSE WITH NMC IN UK – UK BASED APPLICANTS ONLY
Pay range £20.16 – £22.61 per hour depending on experience (plus 30% enhancement for nights (8pm-6am) and weekend working)

Full Time, 36.25 hours per week (3 shifts per week working 19:00 to 07:15)
You will have responsibility to ensure effective performance management of all clinical staff in line with company policies and procedures for recruitment, induction, development, supervision, appraisal and discipline.
•To lead the nursing team in developing the quality of nursing care, acting as a source of support and advice to colleagues and relatives
•To ensure that clinical care is provided in line with multi professional, evidence based care plans, is timely and appropriate and that company policies and procedures are adhered to
•Take responsibility for a service user group, consulting and liaising with the multi-disciplinary team, service users, family/carers over their care
•Liaise and communicate with other health and social care professionals in-house and outside agencies in the planning and delivery of service user care, including junior doctors on placement
•Prioritise health problems and intervene appropriately to assist the service user in complex, urgent or emergency situations, including initiation of effective emergency care
•Assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate individualised care using evidence based guidelines.
