Days Fleet, one of the UK’s leading independent vehicle leasing and fleet management providers and part of the Days Motor Group, is looking for a motivated ‘Client Support Administrator’ to join their established sales support team.
The role has a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and sales administration support for existing and prospective clients. The applicant will be a strong communicator with a confident audio and video telephone manner.
Knowledge and interest of vehicles and finance products would be an advantage but not essential. Full in-house training provided. Opportunity for home working after probation period is completed.
The role will involve:
- On-going management of clients’ accounts
- Working with front line sales to generate and renew business
- Producing vehicle leasing quotations and client contract documents
- Occasionally attending client review meetings virtually and in person
- Reacting to workload and using initiative to manage several tasks at once
- Liaising with different departments within Days Fleet
- Managing sales team diary and activities
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (telephone and email)
- Motivated in achieving high levels of customer service
- Enthusiastic sales person
- Competent with using Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel)
- High attention to detail
- Be highly organised with a positive, motivated attitude
