Customer Services / Helpdesk

We currently have an urgent requirement for 2 x Customer Services Representatives to support my client for a 12 month contract that could possibly go permanent.

My client are currently closing down their Scotland based office and transferring all accounts over to their Warwick based office so these 4 staff will be supporting the existing team with managing current workloads and integrating the Scotland work loads.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

Salary: £26,000per year

Role will be answering phones, getting involved with live chat, data entry, order processing and managing email tickets and orders.
Candidates must be computer literate, ideally having worked with sage line 50 or 200, have excellent communication skills, be adaptable and able to think on their feet and be respectful.
