Client Service Advisor

This is a brand new role within the Procurement and Innovation department for a genuinely lovely company based in Welwyn Garden City. It’s a nice mixture of administration, customer service and data analysis. You will be primarily supporting the waste management team answering queries from clients directly and from the account management team as well as setting up new contracts and sending paperwork across to customers. My client provides purchasing solutions to businesses requiring long term management and control of their overhead purchasing. Established for 20 years and employing over eighty staff, they are now one of the leading providers of expense reduction services in the UK with customers ranging from £billion turnover PLCs to SMEs and doctors surgeries.

Principle Responsibilities

Respond to customer service queries that have been raised by account managers and customers and resolve the queries within the agreed SLA’s

Liaise with waste suppliers and resolve issues within our SLA when they occur

Respond to any general queries that are directed to the team for waste

Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers

Waste data analysis inputting, price comparison and sanity checking of analysis within set time frames using Excel and CRM.

Ensure the correct process, housekeeping and information is provided within CRM

Complete any adhoc tasks that have been issued by the Procurement Managers

Prepare waste contracts for customers.

Confirming contracts are implemented and dealing with any objections that may occur

This is working as part of a small team where planning ahead is almost as important as doing the work.

Salary: £24k with *£3k bonus

*Bonus payable quarterly after completion of probation period
