Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 + Bonus, Benefits

We are seeking passionate and pro-active candidates with the ability to manage and lead a team in a busy fast paced office environment and manage the day to day engagement with a high profile portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing external client relationships to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction
• Manage and lead a team
• Act as a point of escalation for client issues/calls
• People Management
• Client engagement
• Staff Training and development
• Attending regular client meetings
• Managing performance of staff
• Review and report on Contact Centre Performance
• Development of strategy that will positively influence the performance of the business
