Client Delivery Manager – Executive Headhunting

Our client is one of the foremost business consultancies in the UK operating worldwide with some of the most prestigious corporations.

They research and deliver complex research projects with a creative approach and have high client retention levels. Projects range from Executive Search to Information Intelligence across international market places.

Increase in demand from these high level clients mean that they want to add one or two talented Managers to their Client Delivery Team.

The successful Managers will be degree educated and have a demonstrable pedigree in recruitment – perhaps as an Executive Researcher with client facing responsibilities or as a Recruitment Professional in the Executive Sector – niche experience such as Healthcare and Life Sciences would be particularly welcomed.

The main aim of this key role is to build strong client relationships delivering high quality profitable solutions to global clients.

The Client Management will be second nature to your normal daily working practice – you will be a natural communicator and leader and be valued by clients for your commitment to deliver their requirements.

The Project Management is all about delivering as part of a team complex studies and reports, being able to develop creative research strategies and ensure high quality outcomes. You will be able to produce insightful client reports that are absolutely client ready and that includes proof reading! You will work with speed and efficiency and always have strong commercial awareness of the commercial drivers of the projects.
