Client Care Assessment Supervisor

Salary: £28,800 per year

We have a full time, permanent job vacancy for a Care Assessment Supervisor for a Private Homecare/Domiciliary Care Agency in the Stockport area. A Car Driver is essential.

£28,800 per annum DOE, Plus Mileage

They are very proud of the reputation they have built and continue to build and are now looking for a Care Assessment Supervisor, a newly created role that will enable them to continue focussing on quality.

They have a lovely well-established team including a Registered Manager, 3 x Quality & Compliance Supervisor’s, Care Coordinator, and of course the owners.

As the Care Assessment Supervisor, you will focus on meeting new clients in their own homes and undertaking initial assessments. You will also carry out client updates, customer service, and quality visits and calls to ensure the people we support are completely happy with the service they are receiving. You will play a very important role within the local community, representing the organisation and cascading the company values to everyone you come into contact with. You will be a team player always happy to assist a colleague or the team.

Desired Experience

* Previous experience as a Care Supervisor or Senior Care Assistant.

* An excellent understanding of what quality care looks like

* A natural leader of people

* Ideally QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care

* Previous experience in creating care plans and risk assessments.
