Wright Staff Recruitment are please apply 6 Class 2 Refuse drivers for our client in the heart of Pershore.
Role
As a full time Class 2 Refuse driver you will be tasked with local collections of council bins. Set routes with the same 3 man crew. You will be responsible for the safe operation of the class 2 vehicle at local locations. Full Training Provided for those with no experience. Driver’s must when able to do so help load and unload the bins if required.
Rate of Pay
£26,000 per yearr for drivers + Holiday Pay
Duration of Role
Ongoing through Wright Staff Recruitment with guaranteed 40hrs minimum per week.
Working Hours/Days
Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays during busy festive periods. 0630 starts 40hrs guaranteed + overtime available.
Essential Requirements
Class 2 UK Driving Licence, Digi Tacho Card, CPC Card. NO DR10 Endorsements
Preferred Requirements
Previous refuse exoerience. New passes are considered.
Here at Wright Staff all our drivers from the 29th of March 2021 are employed as PAYE drivers and under no circumstance will accept LTD company drivers due to IR35 legislation. All our driver’s accrue holiday pay on top of hourly rate as per the law and we do not ‘roll up holiday pay’ to make an hourly rate seem higher.
