Class 2 Driver

Salary: £36,504 per year

Pyramid8 are delighted to be working with a nationwide removals company, who are looking to recruit a Class 2 Driver to join their removals team in their Sherburn-in-Elmet branch.

This Class 2 Driver role includes driving with other team members to designated locations and carrying out removals for domestic and business relocations. This is a class 2 driver role, however, 70% of this role will be moving & lifting goods and loading & unloading the vehicle so will need to be physically fit and willing to work as a team. As part of this role, travelling long distances is required sometimes depending on the location of the job, meaning the candidate will be expected to do sleep out’s occasionally, at an additional rate of £36,504 per night out.

This is a great role for someone that has a current and in date Class 2 license who is looking to work for a business that values their staff in a well-paid role. The right candidate for this Class 2 Driver role will be approachable and friendly as there is an element of customer service during removals. This candidate must be able to work as part of a team and ideally will have previous experience in removals and/or enjoy a more “hands on” role.

This is a full time, permanent role with a starting salary of £36,504. There is onsite parking, and a rest room & kitchen area available to use.
