Location: Maidstone, Kent
Bonus:£40/week
Class 2 and 1 ADR Drivers are required for a Butlers who have been trading for 29 years as a regulated Air freight agent and members of the Hazchem network. Butlers deliver and collect air freight and hazardous goods Class 2 to 6 excluding 6.2, 8 and 9. The suitable candidate will be customer service orientated with a ‘can do’ attitude and be open to change.
Applications from ex-military personnel are strongly encouraged.
Responsibilities:
Deliver and collect air freight and hazardous goods
Various start times from 5am to 9am
Occasionally nights or evening may be required for holiday cover
Local delivery and collection
Average 6 to 10 call per day for ridged vehicles less for an artic
Occasionally there is a requirement for a night away but not regularly.
Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
Essential:
Class 2 or 1 ADR driver
Digi Tachograph Cards and Driver CPC qualifications are essential
5 year employment trace required by the Civil Aviation Authority
CRB check
No major convictions such as:
1.Drink Driving
2.Insurance
3.No more than 6 Points on Licence
4.Dangerous Driving
