Purpose of Job:
As a Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in conducting medical screenings and providing administration support for financial services within the company. Reporting to the Risk Assessor Team Leader, your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate documentation of Insurance screenings, addressing customer queries, and contributing to the seamless operation of the Insurance and Financial Services department.

Key Tasks/Accountabilities:
- Conduct medical screening for Insurance in adherence to documented Insurer requirements
- Ensure accurate recording of screening decisions in customer documentation
- Provide support on customer queries related to insurance and financial services products, collaborating with colleagues in the I&FS department as needed
- Perform general administrative duties to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the Insurance and Financial Services department
- Engage in continuous professional development as required
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge and understanding of travel insurance/medical screening
- Familiarity with the Ultima system
- Proficiency in G Suite
