Salary: £30,000 – £90,000 per year
We have clients looking for QS’s with Civils and Groundworks experience in London and Greater London, predominantly in the South West region. If you are a QS from the Trainee or Assistant level right up to QS and Senior QS level we want to hear from you as we have numerous opportunities for you.
Typical Clients are leading Civils, Groundworks and RC Frame subcontractors and Main Contractors who have Civils and Groundworks divisions.
Typical duties are as follows;
• Planning and Subcontract Procurement
• Bill of Quantities
• Take Offs
• Valuations
• Variations
• Site Appraisals
• Scheduling
• Some involvement in the purchasing of materials
• Chasing Payments
• Cost Reviews
• CVR’s
• Final Accounts
