Our client is a well-established international Cinema brand who operates a portfolio of almost 100 cinemas in the UK. This expanding, innovative company are market leaders in cinema technology and their values are centred on providing an exceptional customer experience. We are currently recruiting for Operations Managers in the South East to support with their current success and future growth plans.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an Assistant Manager/Operations Manager or above within a fast-paced, customer focused environment and a proven track record of delivering strong sales. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for exceptional customer service in addition to the ability to train and develop a large team and great financial knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing Staff Rotas
* Stock Control
* Till operation and cash reconciliation
* Addressing and resolving customer complaints
* Recruitment, induction and training
* Coaching Supervisors and Multifunctional staff members
* Adherence to Health and Safety legislation
* Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
* Working towards objectives
* Performance management
* Operations management
* Budgetary management
