Children’s Senior Residential Support Worker

Salary: £28,721 – £32,226 per year

We are looking for a Senior Therapeutic Parent to join our growing team. We are an Ofsted registered home in the Cheadle ST10 and Meir ST3 area of Stoke-on-Trent, where we care for Children and Young People with EBD care needs in our 8 bedded home.

We are a private company, whose objective is to enhance the psychological wellbeing of children within the care system through our Restorative Parenting recovery programme.

Our ideal candidate will lead and plan shifts ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained at all times, as well as provide a therapeutic, safe, healthy and homely environment that allows the children to thrive and develop. The post holder will also liaise with both the clinical and education teams to provide tailored psychological recovery programmes for each child.

Senior Therapeutic Parent salary: £28,721 – £32,226.
