Children’s Residential Support Workers

We are urgently recruiting experienced Children’s Residential support workers to work in residential homes for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties across East and West Sussex.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role, where you can make a positive difference with to the lives of these children and young people who are unable to sustain a placement in their parental homes or foster homes.

Working as a Relief Support Worker has the benefit of flexible working hours, excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in a variety of homes as we offer the freedom to choose where you work.

You will receive weekly pay at a competitive rate of between £26,000 and £26,000 per year.

Benefits include the ability to increase or decrease your availability for work on a week by week basis, holiday pay and mandatory training.

Due to some of the location being rural and difficult to access via public transport, drivers with own vehicle are preferred however this is not essential.
