Salary: £26,000per year

We are currently assisting a reputable and national organisation in their recruitment of experienced Residential Child Support Workers for their residential service for young people (8 years +) with emotional behavioural disorders (EBD) and challenging behaviour.

As a residential support worker you will be responsible for providing quality care to the residents, creating care plans and undertaking risk assessments as well as other duties.

– Have a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Children and Young People
– Have at least 2yrs current experience in a similar role supporting children & young adults with challenging behaviour and EBD
– Driver/own car is desirable
