Salary: £120,000 – £156,000 per year
Our client is a fintech start-up looking for a CMO to develop and execute their GTM strategy for a blockchain-based digital finance platform.
In this exciting role you will be UK based and build / lead a global team with responsibility for the overall marketing strategy, manage and implement the rollout across an array of different clients, customers and countries and ensure our client is the go-to brand for digital finance.
Key Requirements
* Strong understanding of the CIS and MENA regions
* Experience of working for a fintech start up previously and ideally with an understanding of blockchain and crypto currencies
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Experience of managing a team both locally and remotely
* Ability to set and priorities goals
* Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
* A complete understanding of B2B and B2C partnerships and relationships
* Content creation, SEO and PPC experience
* Senior marketing experience
* Industry knowledge
* Interest in being part of a growing company
* Must be a nice human being
