Chef De Partie / Sous Chef

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and driven Chef de partie or Sous Chef to join our clients team in London.
Working for a foodie company, this position is to work within a busy site whilst undergoing training to advance your career progression. You will be shown how to cost menus, work to budget as well as marketing skills. This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven person.

To be considered as a candidate, you will
– be at Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level
– be keen, ambitious and hungry to learn
– have good grounding and experience within a professional kitchen
– ideally hold your catering qualification as well as basic food hygiene certificate
– be flexible, personable with a positive manner
