Chartered Building Surveyor

Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year

The role is predominantly based out of East Sussex, including Worthing, Eastbourne and Brighton and Hove, but may also include London and the Home Counties.

The Candidate’s responsibilities:

• Preparation of specifications, contract administration and act as the principal designer under CDM 2015 regulations
• Defect Investigations reports
• Experience in CAD drawings preferable
• Able to undertake and assist with insurance reinstatement cost assessments preferable

Requirements:

• MRICS Qualified (2 years PQE)
• Recognised Building Surveying Qualification
• Experience in Party wall matters
• Experience undertaking defect investigation
• Able to act as Principal designer under CDM 2015 regulations
