Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year
We have a great opportunity for a Shopping Centre Manager who is looking to make their mark by maximising opportunities across a successful scheme.
This key position will report to the Asset Manager & work to manage the continued success & rental growth of the scheme. Key areas of delivery include: –
- Full management of the service charge budget including reporting & delivery
- Manage the delivery of Marketing & PR Strategy with the Marketing Manager & wider Marketing Teams
- Contribute to the letting/tenant mix
- Grow, manage & develop key relationships with retailers, stakeholders & wider town centre partners / groups
- Manage/report on the overall centre performance
- Team management, direction & support
- Project management – manage / deliver
- Maxismising opportunities (brand / income)
- Ensuring high customer service & overall standards of the scheme
- Ensuring full compliance & health & safety
This is a great opportunity for candidates that hold a commercial, forward-thinking approach to Shopping Centre delivery. Candidates will ideally hold IOSH and/or NEBOSH Accreditation, BCSC Diploma & previous Shopping Centre experience.
We are looking for creative, retail / customer-focused candidates, who have exposure to commercial/marketing delivery within a scheme.
