The role and responsibilities:
* Servicing & Maintaining CCTV Systems
* Servicing & Maintaining Intruder Alarm Systems
* Servicing & Maintaining Access Control & Door Entry Systems
* Servicing & Maintaining Fire Alarm & Detection Systems, Emergency Lights and Fire Extinguishers
* Other Roles & Responsibilities:
* Responding to please apply all the below systems
* Offering on site/off site technical support for end users
* Installing CCTV Systems
* Installing Intruder Alarm Systems
* Installing Access Control & Door Entry Systems
* Installing Fire Alarm & Detection Systems
* Installing all other related security or fire equipment
* Reporting to the office with recommendations and/or upgrades
* Completing Job Sheets for every job, survey & audit
* Maintaining good rapport with clients & customers
* Keeping company vehicle clean, tidy & organised
* Reporting any accidents or near misses to the Line Manager
* Returning all unused/decommissioned equipment to the office, clearly labelled and marked showing site and related job number
Additional Information
* Salary between £30,000 – £33,600pa dependent upon experience.

Personal specification:
* Proven track record in technical support (preferably field based).
* Experience on product a strong advantage.
* Experience with Access Control
* Experience with CCTV
