The role and responsibilities:

Responding to please apply all the below systems
Offering on site/off site technical support for end users
Installing CCTV Systems
Installing Intruder Alarm Systems
Installing Access Control & Door Entry Systems
Installing Fire Alarm & Detection Systems
Installing all other related security or fire equipment
Servicing & Maintaining CCTV Systems
Servicing & Maintaining Intruder Alarm Systems
Servicing & Maintaining Access Control & Door Entry Systems
Servicing & Maintaining Fire Alarm & Detection Systems, Emergency Lights and Fire Extinguishers
Other Roles & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the office with recommendations and/or upgrades
Completing Job Sheets for every job, survey & audit
Maintaining good rapport with clients & customers
Keeping company vehicle clean, tidy & organised
Reporting any accidents or near misses to the Line Manager
Returning all unused/decommissioned equipment to the office, clearly labelled and marked showing site and related job number
Additional Information
Salary between £30,000 – £36,000pa dependent upon experience.

Personal specification:
Proven track record in technical support (preferably field based).
Experience on product a strong advantage.
Experience with Access Control
Experience with CCTV
