Cashier / Finance Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cashier based within the Direct Debit / Standing Order and Property team.

The role is to manage Direct Debit & Standing Order agenda for entrusted companies.
Set ups, cancelations, amendments. Requesting invoices from suppliers, SAP attachments.
Maintaining and reconciling relevant excel spread sheets.
– To make sure that Commercial property liabilities are paid on time and reflected correctly in company accounts.
Property invoice processing and payments. Reconciling and monitoring property vendor accounts. Liaising with suppliers.
Prepayment releasing and reconciliation.
– Investigate and answer internal and external queries
– Provide back up for agenda related to Residential Properties.
– Assist with ad hoc queries and requests.
