Care Manager

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Care Manager required for a developing homecare business, covering the Charnwood region the triangle formed by Nottingham, Leicester, and Derby. The Care Manager will be joining a variety of care services to older people and adults with both physical and mild learning disabilities.

The Care Manager will ensure the safe and effective running of the delivery of high-quality care, in line with the regulatory standards. 

The Role:

As the Care Manager, you will:

• Provide leadership, management, and the highest level of support to the team, to ensure the very best outcomes you do
• Accountable for achieving the highest levels of compliance with regards to regulations, laws, quality standards & policies, ensuring we achieve a minimum of “Good” in regulatory inspections. 
• Maintain strong lines of communication with all colleagues, you will have first class communication and will always remain professional.
• Conduct thorough and timely internal audits using the required paperwork and reporting methods. Liaising closely with the national compliance team for support and guidance where appropriate. 

The Person:

To be considered for the Care Manager you will need:

• You will hold, or be working towards, an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF/RQF Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
• Must have good experience and knowledge of the care industry, in a previous similar role.
• Extremely well organised, excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail 
• Experience of collating and exporting a range of reports to demonstrate business growth and areas for development such as care hours, recruits, retention, and scheduling requirements to drive performance. 
• A full valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle

The role of Care Manager is offering £36,000 – £42,000with an excellent benefits package, salary range is dependent on candidate experience
