Exceptional General Manager required for an exceptional home!
We require a home manager who can bring superb managerial skills, marketing and business acumen and strong clinical leadership to our fabulous home.
The home offers accommodation for residents who need varying degrees of care, and can offer continuity and progression of care in the same home, as and when their needs change. Our Residential, Dementia and Nursing services are split over 3 units and offer the very best in person centered and holistic care.
Our new manager will be have the ability to drive forward and release the potential of the services that this home can provide, and ensure that whilst its financial performance is totally in line with company requirements, the residents and the people who care for them have all the support that they need, are encouraged to reach their full potential, and are given a real sense of purpose and belonging provided in this safe, homely and very well planned environment.
The home is in a wonderful location within the Lake District National Park, and this role would be ideal for someone who would want to bring their skills to a location that most people only dream of.
