Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year
Our corporate client is seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of: NURSING HOME MANAGER
(Candidates must have NMC UK Nursing PIN in order to apply for this position along with extensive previous care home management experience.)
•Nursing Home in Bristol providing nursing for approximately 70 people.
•Exceptional candidate required – must have strong clinical, marketing and budgeting skills and experience of managing a home
•Good knowledge of the local area desirable
•Negotiable up to £60k for the right candidate
The Home Manager is the person who is responsible for the day to day running of a registered care home and who has overall responsibility for the running of the home and meeting its statement of purpose. The Home Manager must be qualified, competent and experienced to run the home and meet its stated purpose, aims and objectives.
The Home Manager approach should create an open, positive and inclusive atmosphere. The Home Manager is also responsible for demonstrating strong positive ideas about professional practice and right of the individuals (particularly privacy, independence and choice) and adhering to National Minimum Standards, and all relevant legislative requirements.
