Salary: £26,000 per year
Medacs Healthcare currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced care coordinator to join their busy homecare office in Bristol. Based in Westbury-on-Trym you will be responsible for co-ordinating homecare across a large geographical area in Bristol.
You will be expected to support the branch manager in the delivery of a high quality care service with responsibility for the development and management of care workers. You will be working shifts between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Mondays to Fridays and be responsible for phone cover over weekends 1 weekend out of every 3.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a homecare setting before although candidates with a strong understanding of care would also be considered. You must also be able to thrive in a busy and pressured environment.
Person Specification
NVQ level 2/3 Desirable
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to communicate on all levels
Strong organisational skills
Must be able to work as part of a team
Cold harbour experience desirable
