Salary: £26,000 per yearINCLUDING GROWTH BONUS

BS Social Care are proud to be assisting one of the North East`s leading care providers in their current search for a Care Coordinator based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The company are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator who they will put on a career fast track to become the Deputy Manager.

As a Care Coordinator

You will provide first line management to supervisors and care workers ensuring high standards of care are received by all service users based upon their individual needs and requirements. You will use your excellent communication to build rapport with your team, service users and their families. You will have great time management skills which you will use to great effect to manage staff rotas in addition to keeping accurate holiday and sickness records

We are looking for an extremely organised individual with an eye for detail. You must have at least a NVQ level 3 in health and social care as well industry knowledge and experience of homecare.
