Care Assistant / Support Worker

EXPERIENCED CARE ASSISTANTS/SUPPORT WORKERS NEEDED

We are currently looking for Care and Support workers who are dedicated, caring and passionate about supporting people to live independent lives.

We are keen to hear from reliable, flexible individuals who are comfortable working out in residential nursing,care homes and in the community, providing personal care and support to customers with a range of needs.

There is an opportunity to training and development so even if you have never worked in care before you can make a difference to other people’s lives.

We have various opportunities across the UK.

We can provide flexible hours between 7am to 10pm including weekends.

Key duties will include:
• Personal care including washing and bathing
• Assisting with ancillary duties
• Maintaining accurate client records
• Meal preparation and light domestic duties
– Assisting and Prompting Medication
-Hoisting

You must be able to:
• Demonstrate a sensitive and supportive approach to vulnerable people maintaining their dignity and self respect at all times
• Work with vulnerable people and tailor your approach to individual circumstances
• Be able to work on own initiative
• Adopt a flexible approach to working hours within a rota system
