I am currently looking for Care Assistants to work in a caring, safe and homely care home which looks after older people in the beautiful town of Market Harborough.

You will be a supportive and important member of a caring team and participate fully in the delivery of care with quality and respect.

Duties will include:

* Carrying out all aspects of residents personal hygiene

* Observing residents’ physical conditions and general comfort

* Feeding and assisting residents with meals as necessary

* Maintaining and recording fluid intake and output

* Assisting in the preparation and serving of all main meals and morning, afternoon and late evening beverages

* Sorting residents’ clothes according to fabrics and laundering

* Ensuring the proper storage and usage of clean linen

* Participating in social and recreational activities

For this post you must have:

* A kind and caring nature

* Experience of working in a residential home

* The ability to work shifts
