Salary: £26,000 per year
Nexxus Care are recruiting a Senior Care Assistant covering, Burton-upon-Trent, Uttoxeter and Rugeley
This is predominantly a field based role, where you will be spending most of your shift ensuring that your team are providing a high level of quality care in the community,
Main duties required:
* Completing quality person-centered care plans.
* Helping to cover rotas
* Completing Spot checks and supervisions.
* On-call is an essential part of the role, supporting staff and customers in the community out of office hours.
* Covering care calls in an emergency situation, so you will need to be fully flexible to help with demand.
* Work directly with the branch manager and coordinators to ensure all staff are fully compliant, and all care plans are up to date.
* Provide guidance and support to all your care team.
* Train new staff in the field.
The individual needs to be a team player, flexible, and a car driver,
The above list is not an exhaustive list of duties. The role is not a 9 to 5 role, you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives.
About You
Nexxus Care are looking for a senior care assistant that is a team player, flexible in their approach to work and be a driver with full access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
Experience of working within the care sector is a mandatory experience.
