Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Receptionist for a busy car dealership in Cambourne.
The suitable candidate must be willing to work during the week and at weekends, hours of work are from 8am-6pm.
My client are looking to pay up to £27,600 for the right person, similar previous experience, a good telephone manner and somone with good initiative and customer facing skills would be ideal.
Primary tasks and Responsibilities:
Ensure the Dealership provides a warm, friendly and professional environment to visiting customers.
Greets all visitors with a pleasant and courteous welcome on arrival
Ensure that effective contact is maintained with showroom visitors during their stay.
Ensure that visitors’ needs are dealt with promptly and completely.
Accurately record and pass all messages and information received.
Ensure all telephone connections are made as quickly as possible to the appropriate personnel.
Enhance the reputation of the Dealership at every opportunity when interacting with others.
