Our Bournemouth based digital client works across a wide range of products, brands and sectors, which include Financial Services, Gaming, Software Applications and Affiliate Marketing. Privately funded, they develop their own products for which they retain full creative and technical input.

Due to growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Expert who is highly proficient in the use of PPC and Paid Campaigns.

Responsibilities and skills needed:

* Play a key role in developing PPC, SEO and Email Marketing strategy and be given the opportunity to take a hands-on approach to the growth of these channels.
* Plan a Paid Media strategy providing recommendations and suggestions for the best way to achieve goals
* Manage a portfolio of paid search campaigns, paid social campaigns and display campaigns across an exciting and diverse range of merchants in all areas of online
* Ability to boldly plan and execute a Digital marketing plan and come up with innovative and creative ideas for campaigns that can roll-out across digital channels.
* Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, Email Marketing, PPC, SEO, design, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns.
* Analyse keyword costs, ad copy and cost per conversion. Identify and inform management of opportunities, potential risks, and other key issues.
* Implementing and optimising email campaigns, Experience in mailshot deliverability (including producing non-spam content and optimizing the design to work perfectly on mobiles, tablets and laptops).
* Manage campaigns and set up reporting and ROI tracking within internal tracking systems and Analytics and provide actionable insights.
* Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects and able to prioritise your workload accordingly
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to contribute in a collaborative team environment
* Strong analytical and forward planning skills

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will live and breathe digital and be able to display a proven track record in delivering results across Paid Media and Digital Marketing across a broad range of digital disciplines.

The candidate will be a Pro-active ‘do-er’, who is keen to roll their sleeves up and make a big difference as part of a fantastic team.
