CAD Technician / Technical Designer

Our Client is a well established and reputable Design Studio based in Chelsea and are synonymous with the creation of beautifully crafted interiors.
Their aim is to create luxurious and spaces for a broad spectrum of clients, including boutique hotels, and prime central London residential projects to name a few. The company is committed to delivering exceptional bespoke design services to clients, and this is a goal which continues to remain at the heart of the business. The Practice has been in operation for 11 years and in that time have delivered a range of outstanding projects in London and internationally and has a work force of 20 designers employed on a permanent basis.

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a CAD technician / Technical Designer within their experienced and innovative design team.
The role would require the right candidate to be proficient using AutoCAD 2013 and also have the ability to deliver accurate work and work to tight deadlines. The right candidate will also be responsible for producing detailed drawings packages and interior detailing such as joinery and stone masonry.
Other skills required include –
* Proficient using AUTO CAD package – 2013
* Having excellent communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Accuracy and patience.
* Ability to work efficiently alone or as part of a team.

Should you be successful in securing this position you will receive the following:
* Salary is between £28,800 – £32,400PA
* Annual Bonus programme – paid at the discretion of the employer and based on personal and company performance
* Pension Scheme – available after 3 month probation period
* 20 days holiday per annum
* Working hours 0830 – 1800
* Working on a range of outstanding projects and with a Team of well established and talented designers.
